Each session keeps the “what/why” brief and spends most of the time on the practical reality of migration: where cryptography actually sits in your sector, what will break first, and how to sequence change across platforms, vendors, and partners.

Why industry editions? Because PQC isn’t blocked on algorithms anymore – the hard part is that cryptography is embedded across applications, infrastructure, identity systems, devices, and third parties, and the constraints you cannot break are industry-specific (latency, safety, interoperability, regulated evidence, long asset lifecycles). In other words: the migration is the program. What differs by sector is (1) which trust anchors dominate, (2) which external dependencies must co-migrate, and (3) which operational envelope you have to preserve while you change cryptography.
